This 50-hour training is designed as a collaborative, experiential mentorship program for qualified yoga facilitators. Born from an emerging need to foster a greater sense of community and support around new and existing teachers, this professional development program navigates all of the intersections of self-practice, authenticity, cultural responsiveness, ethics & business. We will be looking in-depth at how to tend to all the pieces of the yoga facilitation puzzle, while still holding true to one's own values and needs. The commitment is for 6 weeks of intentional exploration, critical conversations and reflection. Some of the key topics include trauma-sensitive and person-centred yoga, embodiment practices, principles for creating safe(r) and more inclusive spaces, consent and power dynamics including safe(r) adjusting, personal sustainability and preventative self-care.

I believe that 50% of yoga teaching success lies in uncovering your passion, knowledge, specialty and self-worth. The other 50% is about dedication, grit, opportunities and branding. I am knowledgeable in the second half, but truly passionate about the first one. I can help fill the gaps in teaching skills, strategise about further development and knowing self-value.
