We exist to increase wellness and fitness accessibility in marginalised communities as a way to improve mental and physical health, and empower bright futures.
HOW IT WORKS
We work directly with organisations servicing marginalised communities to provide Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Nutrition classes run by qualified instructors. We also assist in on-going memberships and scholarships.
